Maharashtra Industrial Township Limited (MITL)
Maharashtra Industrial Township Limited (MITL) is a Special Purpose Vehicle (SPV) between Maharashtra Industrial Development Corporation (MIDC) and National Industrial Corridor Development Corporation (NICDC). MITL has the mandate to undertake the development of all industrial nodes coming under the Delhi Mumbai Industrial Corridor (DMIC) and NICDC Programme in Maharashtra. MITL plays a pivotal role in the vision to Invest in Maharashtra, enabling industrial growth aligned with national corridor programs.

MITL has commenced its power distribution in Shendra Industrial Area from 1st March 2025 & in
Bidkin Industrial Area from 1 July 2025. Due to its state of art infrastructure MITL will provide
industries with power at cheaper rate than the State Electricity Board.
